Wilkes University invites applicants for an Instructional Technology Coordinator in the School of Education. Wilkes University's School of Education (SOE) prepares candidates for a leadership role in their chosen education field. Each program within the School of Education has one common outcome: Empowering educational leaders. We have three departments to serve any educational need: undergraduate, master's degree level, and doctoral level in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats. We also partner with the country of Panama in a united effort to reach a common mission. To facilitate the most positive impact on each child, we partner with schools for teams of teachers to obtain the knowledge, skills, and collaboration needed for active, fun, and meaningful learning.

The successful candidate is responsible for providing quality oversight and management of the SOE online instructional design and assessment, training, resources, and trouble-shooting. In additional to these responsibilities, the candidate will teach 3 credits each semester (fall, spring, summer). An earned master's degree in education or related field is required, doctorate degree in education preferred. Online instructional design, instruction, and assessment experience and credentials required, preK-12 experience and certification preferred. Certification or experience with Quality Matters a plus. Also required is knowledge of technological trends in education and data use for decision-making. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
