Wilkes University invites applicants for an Associate Director of Admissions. The Admissions team recruits, counsels, and enrolls new students into our on-campus and online graduate programs.

The successful candidate is responsible for the support and enrollment of new transfer and graduate students in our undergraduate and master's programs. The position involves actively seeking out enrollment opportunities; managing and reporting on data throughout the admission funnel; maintaining a working knowledge of the market and trends in the field; working with department program coordinators, faculty, the center for global diversity, and student services in the application, admission, and registration process; and collaborating with marketing communications to formulate and implement marketing/recruitment campaigns. Travel is required. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, admissions, or sales, with a background in higher education preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
